Round 2. Ebisu West

Round 3. Suzuka Twin

After a few practice runs... a sudden death final bout. 

Round 1. Okibuiki

RSG Lead... Yellow Luko Blue. 

Good Entry

Luko closed the gap

RSG on Line again.

Luko finds himself on a slightly differnt arc and taps the wall...

Big advantage RSG. 

All I have to do is stay close...

Luko gets rocket start...

and pulls a gap... oh shit...

Struggled up to the door.,

He rockets away again

But no miss means enough to take round 1. 

Round 2. Ebisu West

Luko was practicing well so gets the lead. 

initiate at the cones

fills outer zone1 but a little deep.

misses the clip

Runs wide allowing door access

I get a good run up the inside

Get aggressive on the door.

But slight contact pushes luko wide

 

Even... small miss on line but contact. Damn!!!

RSG Come ON!!!!!

Beautiful Zone!!! 

But as they say a good lead brings a spectacular chase.

Luko drops in.

Although less angle.. just sticks...

and hammers the win as I go a little wide on the last zone!

Luko Sacrifices angle for Prox.

Makes it to the door

But that shallow angle means I have momentum on the exit. 

Boom! Advantage RSG.

Luko gets good drive off the line.

But makes a mistake running deep. two wheels out.

I can just sit on the back quarter.

And ride it home.

Fun little session... Very Close.......!!!!!

Sliders - Ebisu Mini Matsuri - Nishi & Higashi

Ebisu Nishi is always a fun time...

We usually do a rolling start and clutch kick 5th at the hump on the straight.

High speed is a small margin for error.

Looks good doesn't it...

 But something happened... the cars changed position.

Let's head to Higashi... my fave ebisu track.

lots of corner variety

And huge elevation change.

If youve never been here, you don't know steep this is.
